Renewal Policy

2009 RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR HICKS’ WHITETOP CAMPGROUND

  1. Use the colored RENEWAL FORM.
  2. Carefully check all information on the renewal form to insure that it is current.
    Mail RENEWAL FORM along with check, money order or credit card information (check the IMPORTANT DATES FOR SPRING 2009 AND FALL 2009 )below to be sure that the credit card information will be up to date at the time it is run. Include the TYPE of credit card, MasterCard, Visa or Discover only, expiration date and the name on the card) to:

  3. You may only renew on YOUR CURRENT SITE NUMBER listed on your renewal form. (If you wish to change sites or add sites to your reservation see CHANGING OR ADDING SITES)

CHANGING OR ADDING SITES TO YOUR RESERVATION

If you wish to try and move to a site other than the one listed on your renewal form please do the following:
  1. Use the colored RENEWAL FORM
  2. Use the area marked "INFO" to write your request
    (ex: Please add site #100 to our reservation. OR Please move us to site #314).
  3. Send check, money order or credit card information to cover the cost of a CURRENT RENEWAL ONLY. After the renewals have been processed if the request is possible you will be notified. If the request cannot be met we will renew your current site unless otherwise requested in writing.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR SPRING 2009 RACE

  1. Spring 2009 must be postmarked by February 7, 2008 or turned in by 12 noon on Saturday of the race weekend (RENEWAL BY MAIL IS PREFERRED). Sites not renewed at this time will be released for open registration.
  2. Checks and credit cards will be cashed/posted by March 30th, 2008
    (Please be sure that credit card expiration dates will be good at that time.)
  3. Open registration (for those NOT renewing, adding sites or changing sites) will begin APRIL 5, 2008
    (to make reservation by phone call 256 828-3371.)

IMPORTANT DATES FOR FALL 2009 RACE

  1. Renewals must be POSTMARKED BY JULY 8, 2008, or turned in by 12 noon on Saturday of the race weekend (RENEWAL BY MAIL IS PREFERRED).
  2. Checks and credit cards will be cashed/posted by August 30TH, 2008
    (Please be sure that credit card expiration dates will be good at that time.)
  3. Open registration (for those NOT renewing, adding or changing sites) will begin SEPT. 4TH, 2008
